Ferdinand Keller: ( 5. August 1842 in Karlsruhe; - 8. Juli 1922 in Baden-Baden) war ein deutscher Maler.
Ferdinand Keller unterrichtete von 1873 bis 1913 an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden K¨¹nste Karlsruhe. Keller wuchs in einer K¨¹nstlerfamilie auf, sein Vater war Ölmaler, sein Bruder Maler und Illustrator. Er war ein Sch¨¹ler von Johann Wilhelm Schirmer und Hans Canon an der Karlsruher Kunstschule und unternahm Reisen in die Schweiz, Frankreich, Italien (1867) und nach Brasilien. Seinen ersten großen Erfolg feierte er 1867 mit dem Historienbild Tod Philipps II.
